Excellent stay. clean, Quiet and professional. Very helpful staff.Sep 19, 2008
THe Hotel is very nice, the continental breakfast was one of the nicest I’ve had at any hotel. That was the highlight of our stay. The only down side to this place is the beds are too comfortable. Yes I said too COmfortable. They have the pillowtop on the mattress, so my wife and I both woke up many times with back pain because it was sooo soft. However, if you really enjoy a soft bed, this place is excellent.May 19, 2008
We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast included with the room stay.Jun 15, 2006
Nice room, nice people, easy in, easy out. The pool is really nice and our balcony view of the fountain added to our satisfaction.Guest Comments from Priceline.com

Excellent location with easy freeway access. Many restaurants and shopping nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. Complementary cook to order breakfast and happy hour are a nice benefit. This is our hotel of choice in Temecula.Jan 23, 2009
Nice and convenient and easy to find. The location was great and the fact that is close to a variety of restaurants.Jan 8, 2009
We have visited this hotel before and find it to be one of the most comfortable hotels in the area, at a reasonable price. When we return, we will stay here again.Nov 5, 2008
We paid for a 2 room suite. What we got was a very small room that had been converted into a 2 room something. The air conditioner was so loud it keeps up awake. The balcony was dirty without so much as a plastic chair or table on it. We have stayed at many Embassy Suites and will never stay at this one again. We did complain and were told “all our rooms are like that”.Oct 11, 2008
Staff was great, rooms were clean but a bit run down bathroom door was broken, every time the AClicked on (every 20 minutes or so) it made a loud noise that woke us up with a jolt! The second night we closed the pocket door and slept much better (but we were also exhausted).Overall, I would return and stay there again. The breakfast bar/buffet was wonderful (omelets cooked to order, etc.)Aug 18, 2008
Hotel was very clean and pretty. Pool area was comfortable with good access to bar and lobby. Very quiet in rooms. Room was comfortable. Hotel staff all was very nice and helpful.Jul 24, 2008
This was a very nice hotel. Everyone was very helpful. We were very pleased with the complimentary cocktails and full breakfasts. It was very close to the wineries. The only things we didn’t like is that it’s on a very busy street, the pool area, courtyard is very noisy and we had a very loud air conditioner unit in our room. Although it was a little noisy, we would definitely stay there again.Jun 5, 2008
Power was out, was not told until we got there, and the staff did not seem to care. Room service was slow and the food was bad, the sink leaked, was finally fixed, service trays were left in the hallway for over a day.Guest Comments from Expedia.com

nice and sweet hotel, but hard to find the elevator to the first floor. sign is not clear for the first time visitor.Nov 12, 2008
We always enjoy Embassy Suites and this property does not change our opinion. Great place to stay.Sep 3, 2008
Very big, clean, comfortable. AC was loud - only complaint. Otherwise, everything was great.Jul 9, 2008
The hotel was very nice with one significant exception, the air conditioner was so loud that we had to turn it off at night. Unfortunately, it was hot and after opening the window, discovered how loud the road noise was. Maintenance personnel mentioned the springs in the A/C need to be replaced.Jun 25, 2008
We have stayed at many Embassy Suites and always enjoyed our stays. This one was a definite disappointment. The carpets and furniture were dirty and probably 20+ years old. There were also small what looked like blood spots on the wallpaper. GROSS! The AC unit kept cycling on and off every 30 seconds to 1 minute. Very disappointing considering the price was high per night.Guest Comments from Orbitz.com

The overall stay at this hotel was pleasant, except that the iron in the room leaked out oil or rust and it stained our … clothes. We never received a new iron when we requested one. This was dissapointing.Jun 10, 2008
Embassy Suites was very outdated. the room was very small. The color scheme was outdated; green and gold. Was very nineteen … eighties. The hotel was way too close to the highway. It also had a unpleasant smell in the room. It was very small, too much and too big of furniture for the rooms. Also the bathroom was too small. I did not enjoy the hotel at all.Jul 9, 2006
A good clean hotel. The breakfast could have had more healthy options like m?sli and rye bread. The matress was only covered … by a non fitting sheet with elastic edges which came off as soon as you put your weight on it. The night room service who tried to correct this problem in the first night of our stay used traditional sheets successfully and was very aware of our probelm. Nevertheless in the third night of our stay the sheets were changed to the original set up of the first night. Again we were sleeping partially on the bare matress, but too tired to call the room service again. We think, it ist better to offer queen size beds only, if you do not have proper sheets for king size beds.Jul 8, 2006
This Embassy suites was very convenientlylocated for both golf and visits to the wineries. The breakfasts were great. The … room was very comfortable adn the stff very accomdating.Jun 5, 2006
Embassy Suites Hotel Temecula Valley Wine Country was a nice choice for a hotel in the Temecula area. Their staff and other … guests made the experience enjoyable. The free made to order breakfast in the morning was terrific, great omlet choices, with fresh fruit and pastries. Also the bed was suprisingly comfortable and firm but very soft at the same time. The sauna was nice and the meet and greet free cocktail hour in the afternoons was terrific. I would have no problem recommending this hotel to any of my friends.Apr 3, 2006
I have stayed at other Embassy Suites Hotels before and I found this one not what I have thought it would be. First the room … was smaller than any Embassy Suites I’ve stayed at before, the convertable sofa was uncomfortable to set on and the cushions sank into the frame. the exercise room was small and I ahd to wait for a treadmill.Feb 27, 2006
The Embassy Suites was easy to find in a good location in Temecula. The suite was clean, neat and comfortable. I liked the … arrangement of the two rooms. It made the stay feel more like home rather than a hotel room. It was my husband’s birthday so I called ahead to order champagne for him. It was set up for us with chilled glasses when we arrived. The free breakfast every morning was a real treat. The food was made to order and delicious. The exercise room was adequate. It had many machines to get a good workout including some free weights if you liked. The free cocktail hour was also an added treat. It was nice to sit and relax with a glass of wine and such before heading out to dinner. Overall, a very nice stay.Guest Comments from Travelocity.com

Suite was a bit small for Embassy standards, but ample for our needs. Delicious cooked to order omelets for breakfast and great evening reception makes this hotel a good bang for my buck. I will plan to stay here again. Every employee I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Exercise room was open 24 hrs and the pool stayed open till midnight.Jul 2008
We have stayed at this hotel 5 times and at others 4 - 5 times. The price is a little high for the area, but the evening manager’s reception and cooked morning breakfast kind of make up for it. It is located in the best area of Temecula with close shopping and restuarants, close to historic downtown and down the street from the wine country. Get a suite as the A/C is outside of the bedroom. The non-suite rooms have it in the same room and it is very loud.May 2008
I was out on business and not from the area. The staff was very accomidationg and the rooms were nice. I enjoyed the free breakfast and managers reception (more for your money).Sep 2007
The noise coming from the Heating/AC unit in the room sounds like a big rig starting up in your room. The hotel is in a nice location, but if you can’t sleep it doesn’t do you any good. The only good thing that I can say about this hotel is the free food/drinks in the afternoon and breakfast in the morning were good.Mar 2007
Overall the worst Embassy Suites Hotel I have ever stayed in. What a major disappointment. The room I was in is substandard and service disappointing. I actaully shortened my stay and moved to another hotel in the region. Not enough room here to give all of the specifics (too many).Guest Comments from Tripadvisor.com

I am a Hilton Diamond member and booked this hotel because we were attending a wedding at a winery in Temecula. Our two college age sons were joining us for the wedding, so we booked Embassy Suites because we frequently stay in Embassy Suites when we travel. What a shock we had when we opened the door to our room and it was tiny! Never have I seen a Embassy Suites room so small. It looks like they took an old hotel room and divided it in half and called it a suite. We were eventually put in an “executive suite” which was somewhat better. The furnishings are minimal to say the least and the bedroom in this executive room so small that you can barely turn around,. Most Embassy Suites have the “new” linens, these are old and faded,. I can tell you I will NEVER stay here again. The room for the evening managers reception was so small that we couldn’t find a table. What a disappointment.Jul 24, 2008
I was upgraded to an executive suite so I had plenty of room. I also got free wireless internet for the week & a $30 gas card since I was an honors points member. The staff here was very friendly and went out of their way to help the guests. I had trouble getting my computer to recognize the wireless service and maintenance came to my room and spent an hour and a half hooking me up…Jun 24, 2008
I have always found Embassy Suites to be a good price for nice accomadations, DO NOT stay here assuming that will be the case. I have no idea how they managed a decent picture of this hotel because there is really nothing pretty about the setting. In addition to that the hotel has the smallest “suites” I have ever seen. When we arrived they were testing the fire alarm which went on for hours … so much for getting our baby down for a nap. The air conditioner was so loud that we were up all night and the next morning at the buffet we could hear every table around us talking about the noisy air conditioners. When some one complained to the manager he said it was the first he had ever heard of that…yeah right. The employees looked miserable, I’m not sure what the case was there. Needless to say, our stay was not a good one and I will never go back there. I will say most Embassy Suites are very nice so this does not speak for all of them for sure.Feb 21, 2008
Went to stay there for a recent tournament. Only 2 adults and 1 child. We were offered “an upgraded room” with a balcony. Never did figure out the upgrade, and the balcony was 4 ft long by a foot wide. Two’s a crowd out there. These hotels are supposedly a bedroom and a separate sitting room with a sleeper sofa. It was so small that they had to use pocket doors instead of regular doors! The sleeper sofa’s mattress had no support even for a child! We weren’t in the room that much, or otherwise we’d be on top of each other…Feb 18, 2008
We had to ask to be moved from the 5th floor, since the fan leading to the roof makes a really loud non-stop noise. (too loud for me, I’m a light sleeper). We got moved to the 3rd floor, but then we couldn’t turn the air conditioning fan off-even though it was in the “off” position, it was really loud and went on & off all night. So I didn’t sleep very well. We should have called maintenance, but we were to tired to deal.
Also the walls seem to be paper-thin and we heard everything in both rooms next to us…Click to view more Photos, Maps & Comments.
