The room was nice, clean. Bathroom was enormous and should have some kind of heater (it’s cold getting out of the shower). The room itself was way overpriced in my opinion. Good room service, nice gift shops.

I was thoroughly happy with my experience at Pechanga! The service was great, the bellhop even got ice for us when he brought our bags up. Pechange gave us coupons for the casino upon our arrival. Checking in and out was easy. The show we saw at the Improv was hilarious–my cheeks hurt at the end from laughing so much. I highly recommend Pechanga to anyone looking for a four star experience!

My bf and I decided to celebrate the valentine’s day again over the weekend and spent a night at the Pechanga. it was perfect! the food at Paisano’s Italian was great. I had the the best clams red sauces pasta I’ve ever had! almost 30 clams in one dish for $16 bucks, what more can you ask for. the hotel room was surprising. i wasn’t expecting that hight of quality..just totally out of expectation. got a nice view from the room, facing the pool. we were put at the 2nd highest floor as well. just great!!

On my way to another destination in the Temecula area, I thought I’d check out the Pechanga Hotel & Casino. I was pleasantly surprised, as some other CA casinos are not as full-serviced, very smoky, and the crowds seem to be “off”. I had to work for part of the day and was pleased to find FREE ethernet conx, and a very accommodating biz center. Also ate at Kelsey’s..food was great, reasonably priced, and friendly service. Went to the Improve (not planned) on a Thurs. night and all the acts were outstanding! Was sorry at the end that I had to leave so quick. Will definitely return.

I enjoy the stay. the staff was friendly and helped with the luggages all the way to the room. restaurants were nice abd round bar is a nice place to hang out with friends. if u drove, there s a lil steep hill that is 3 miles long and has many twist and turn that reminded me of japan. fun adventure if u are into mountain driving. the winery isn that far from the casino either.

Pechanga is a great weekend get-a-way. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. We had an excellent experience at the Pechanga Improv. We laughed and laughed! Plenty of slots and table games. The food was amazing at both the places we ate at. Nothing to complain about…just next time I want the fuzzy robe and slippers :)

A great place to stay for business or pleasure. Close to nearby wineries too! Friendly staff, lovely rooms and nice restaurants and amenities throughout. I was given a ticket to the Comedy Club which made my business stay even more pleasurable. If you stay in Temecula, don’t pass this one by.

My room with the king size bed was excellent, very accomodating and very clean. I found the staff very pleasant and efficient … when checking in. Someone to excort you and carry your luggage was one of their services that they provide without the guess requesting it, which helped a lot because I wasn’t familar with the casino’s layout when I first arrived there. Looking forward to staying there again and again. I was very pleased and satisfied.

Pechanga is a wonderful hotel with tons of entertainment options. You can gamble, lay at the beautiful pool, shop, or eat at … a number of fine restaurants. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. We visited the Eagle’s Nest club and danced the night away. Wine tasting is just a few minutes away. I highly recommend this hotel!

I was very pleased with my stay at Pechanga. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and most importantly, very clean. … Whenever I go to hotels, I bring my own cleaning wipes to wipe down the hard surfaces, such as in the bathroom, however, I didn’t feel the need to do this as thoroughly as I usually do at Pechanga. To me, that means a lot. The value is also great during the week days. The location is beautiful and offers lots of things to do.

The suites at the resort are worth the money! The room was clean and comfortable. The bar was fully stocked with ample … choices for beverages (both alcoholic and non), as well as snacks. Living quarters were very comfortable, and set up to entertain guests. Bathroom layout was well designed to be accessed by both living areas. Huge shower stall added to the fine details. Plus- there is a new golf course being developed on the Pechanga property adjacent to the parking lot. It will be a one-stop-shop for golfing and gambling!

Pechanga was chosen for the comedian we wanted to see–we gathered 20 family members together for this show & to celebrate my … siser’s remission from cancer–the staff were great getting our rooms in the same area and then Kelsey’s was very accommodating when it came to dinner for the whole group–all in all a very enjoyable stay. The rooms were very large which helped with all of us visiting back and forth–very nice bathrooms–comfortable beds–even the rollaway was comfy.

The Pechanga offers a little something for everyone. The pool is great, the gambling wasn’t overly crowded, the restaurants … were above average and the workout facility was also nice.

Every trip I have made to the Pechanga Resort has been great. I love the rooms. They are spacious and very comfortable. … After an exciting time in the casino, you go up to your room and you enjoy the serenity and private time during your stay. I lived in Las Vegas for 17 years and stayed at many of their hotels and Pechanga can compete with most of them. It’s like bringing Las Vegas to an even more beautiful setting.

We had a blast during our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the non-smoking room was clean and very new. We had a blast at the casino, and the food was good. Overall, the atmosphere was very comfortable and nice. We will definitely stay here again!!!

We made prior arrangements for a group of 25, and they did not live up to their end. Then, when we tried to get one of their managers to help, but they gave us the run around. When they finally offered compensation, they did not live up to that either, and it has taken over a month to finally get some sort of compensation for ruining our weekend. They were very unaccomadating and had poor communication. We were just very disappointed with their complete lack of professionalism and customer service.

I adore the service I receive every time my family and I visit Pechenga. We’re never bored and love the accomodations.

“We love to play poker and Pechanga has a very classy poker salon upstairs with the nightclub right next to it for taking fun breaks. The food is great and the resort is close to alot of other activities to more than fill a long weekend, golf, dining, shopping, movies, old town, antique collecting, wine tasting and outdoor concerts in the wine country in the summer.”

Me and my husband got married through the court in August 2006 and we decided to go on a small mini honey moon to Pachanga resort and Casino :) We didnt really have much money so we only got a basic room at a “ok” price i had never been their before but its a bit of a drive from San diego so it felt like we were getting away :) So I was very pleased with Pachanga because when we were checking in they automatically upgraded us to a Suite no charge to us because it was our honey moon. The room was Beautiful i love it it was more than what we thought we were going to get. :) It had a little wet bar area a living room a big window with a really calming view especially in the morning. BIg bed I believe it was a cal. King it was ginormous and the bath room was really big too i loved the vanity area : ) Everything was very entertaining lots to do. I am not a gambler but me and my huby went downstairs with 40 bucks 20 bucks each and tested our beginers luck. I wond $450 at the black jack table never played in my life. :) than the next day we chilled at the pool not to big but love the outside bar :) Also the room service was really good and they bring it on a cart unlike “Kona Kai Resort and Spa” that brings it on a tray :( Over all if i had to say something negative I would really have to nit pick maybe for the honeymoon suite have a big garden tub where two people can fit hahaha LOL Also I got a massage at the spa everyone was very nice but the girl who did my massage would not be quite I felt bad to tell her so i had to listen to her life problems for the whole hour didnt really get to relax :( but other than that i love my experience their and loved every second and made my mini honey moon really special.

Did not stay at he hotel but did go for dinner and a night at the improv. From the pulling into the driveway things started bad. After waitng ten minutes plus for valet parking we were told it was full and find self parking. Once we parked it was a long cold walk with my wife in high heels to the Casino. We put our name in for dinner and was told it would be an hour plus. No problem go have a drink in the bar. Bar was dirty, full ash trays and used drink glasses on the tables. Back to the Sea Food Grotto, got seated and got water and bread ASAP. After that, no service. Waitress never did show up. Manager could only say sorry and that they were very busy. Never got a waitress after a half hour. Left and will never be back.

My husband and I stayed one night with my mother-in-law who was comped for food and hotel. The food needs to be improved! My salad had wilted lettuce and a low quality Italian dressing. Food should have been hotter and was of average quality. Omelets were not fluffy and had small quantity of cheese and vegies.
We did find it odd that the cashier cage had tip containers on the counter.
Room was clean and bed was nice with good linens. Television was not flat screen and had poor sound but the bathroom was very spacious with nice amenities.
Jacuzzi was hot and had good jets.
