The rooms are newly remodeled, very clean, and very comfortable. They also have a fridge and a microwave. It’s a great place to stay to visit Temecula.

The hotel was adequate for a one night, and breakfast. I was in town for a choir program for my daughter, and didn’t want to get up pre-dawn to make the drive. Honestly, I expected more. In fairness, our stay was brief, we got there late, and we made the show times by having stayed there. It worked.

This hotel was recently refurbished, and what they ended up with was a shiney OLD room. With that being said, the bedding, curtains, carpets, bath fixtures, etc. are all new. The sound proofing ( insulation and door seals ) were all old, and the yapping dog next door was VERY annoying when trying to sleep in. On the hotels behalf, when I called the front desk, they called the room ( I could plainly hear the phone ring )and after not reaching them, must have contacted them on their cell phone. The other guests must have been at the breakfast room, as they quickly placed the little yapper in the other room of their suite, which was much less annoying. You could see daylight all around the door, which was almost relaxing to hear the soft rain coming down while going to sleep, but with a frost in the air, the breeze was enough to make the heat unit work overtime. This motel has exterior entries, so the noise level from the door was condiderable. It is in a fairly nice area, so the security of the exterior entry was not a big concern. If you are not going to be in the room much, I can recommend this motel for the price, but not for creature comforts.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable! The location was great and very accessible to old town and wine country.

The king-sized bed was EXTREMELY comfortable! The shower had plenty of hot water, and the sink/vanity area accommodated all of our toiletries. We would definitely stay again.

the hotel was very clean, the rooms were comfortable and newly remodeled. Close to freeway access and lots of restraunts. Was a great stay compared to other hotels. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others. The rest of our family stayed 2 exits south of us and the hotel was older and not very clean and right next door to a noisy motorcycle shop, they said they wished they were staying where we were.

This hotel perfectly suited our needs for a clean, quiet place to stay for the night. Even though the hotel is located right next to the freeway, we did not notice any road noise, and we stayed very close to the freeway. The pool and jacuzzi were a decent size. While this hotel is not fancy or upscale (in fact, it is quite generic in its decor and ammenities), it is clean and comfortable, and I thought the price was reasonable for the quality.

I needed a hotel for a business trip in Murrieta/Temecula, CA. I didn’t get to check in until really late at night. The hotel representative who checked me in was very nice and helpful. She told me about local attractions and details of the complimentary breakfast. When I got in my room I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness. The bed had plenty of pillows and the sheets were comfortable. There was a microwave, fridge, cable tv, work desk, guest chair, iron, and ironing board. The bathroom was clean with granite floors and bath tub walls. Plenty of parking. This hotel isn’t a 5 star hotel but for the money it is much better than a 2 star hotel. And for the purpose of a business trip it was more than what I expected.

We stayed for two nights, it was great, it had a refrigerator and microwave, and since we had a child, the TV has kid friendly stations. Great job!

This hotel is a standard hotel, nothing fancy. Pool is located in back right against the freeway - not very relaxing. The hotel is located in an industrial part of Temecula, not terribly pedestrian friendly but at least freeway close. The hotel was having fire alarm problems the day I left and it was a bit disconcerting. Rooms were clean and staff seemed friendly. This is a place for just a clean room at a reasonable price.

The staff at check in was nice and very helpful to all arrivals answering questions. The room on first appearance looked very clean, however, the area around the refrigerator smelled of vomit, and I had to hunt down the maids for air freshener which helped. I did need to buy a candle to burn in the room all evening to mask the smell. When retiring for the night we discovered that one of the shevles for the mini-frig was in the bottom of the bed between the sheets and matteress. By the next day the smell had dissapated but my bad opinion of housekeeping had not.

The rooms were way beyond what we expected with granite bathrooms, in-room mini fridge and microwave, very comfortable bed, bedding, and pillows. The price was excellent and it’s within walking distance of fast food and fine dining!

Nothing special but worth the price. The room, including the bathroom, was clean and comfortable. The hotel is on a major road but tucked behind a strip mall of sorts making it convenient but still quiet. Just a few miles from Old Town.

I stayed in this hotel while wine tasting for a night and it was very conveniently located to everything in Temecula. My room was clean and tidy and overall I was happy with it.

By all accounts the hotel first appears to be more than what your expectting. The rooms are small but very comfortable and nice looking. Out of the two rooms I booked one was perfect and the other was extremely dirty. The entire room reeked of stale cigarette smoke and overpowering cologne. I let the front desk know so that I would not be fined for smoking and they even care. They didn’t say sorry, or offer to switch or bring up deodarizer. When I went to check out the next day I recapped the situation for the woman at the front desk and she just shrugged and said that it was not her problem. If they had had better more competent people working to make up for the cleanliness for the room I would have been totally satisfied. However, I have never received such bad customer service and it left a bad taste in my mouth.

Upon arriving I asked a recomendation on local places to eat. I was handed a map and told they were all on the map. A day later I asked for the telephone numbers for local theaters. I was given two phone numbers. One was disconnected and the other was a private residence. The location of my room was next to the maids room, and they parked their carts out side my door for all four days of my visit. The noise level was very bad due to the very close (100 ft) of the freeway.

This hotel has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The person at the front desk, both checking in and out was entirely unprofessional. The room was dirty, we had no hot water until we complained, the TV reception was almost unviewable, the room heater did not work. When we asked to change rooms,we were told that we could not (even though the parking lot was just about empty). The food at the breakfast was stale and the did not put out enough food for the guests, so you basically got whatever was left when you got there. The pool was not clean. My recommendation is drive right by this place and find somewhere else.

This was good value for the price. Condition of hotel and cleanliness were good. Beds were very good. Easy step-outside the room for smokers; no need to go downstairs.

I was staying at becasue my daughter had a soccer tournament in Temecula. This hotel is very close to the fields and was a good vaule for the money. My only thing that I didn’t like was the rooms opened to the outside and you could hear the freeway at night. It wasn’t real loud though you could hear it. There are plenty returants in the area thaat are all within walking distance. The hot contential breakfast had a nice selction, when items ran out the staff kindly relpenished the supplies and food.

very handicapped friendly, i was asked if i needed shower chair and it was delivered to the room.a very pleasant stay.

    Oct 24, 2008
Nice, clean newly renovated hotel, reasonably priced. Rooms were quite spacious, larger than expected. Nice service service from friendly front desk staff. No room service though. Planning on staying there on next visit to Temecula.

The hotel was nicely decorated and very clean. It was just off the I-15 and visible from the freeway. It was also centrally located to the casino, shopping, etc. The staff was courteous and I felt very safe there also. They had complimentary breakfast which we also appreciated. I will definitely stay there if I’m in the area again! With a room this price, you never know what it’s going to be like, but it was a great bargain!

Booked for 3 days for business and extended for another as it was very convenient. Friendly people, good breakfast, accomodating. Room always clean, plenty of pillows, fridge & microwave.

Even though our room was closer to the highway then some, you couldn’t hear the noise. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. They had a great breakfast, and a friendly front desk.

    Aug 13, 2008
Nice room. Next to the highway offramp but I couldn’t hear any noise. Very comfortable bed. Room had a nice size refrigerator and a microwave. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and enjoyable.

the rooms are recently remodeled. The rooms are clean, staff is very accomodating. We had a fridge, microwave, coffee pot, iron, upgraded bed and linens. Overall good experience.

This hotel is pretty good. It has free continental breakfast. We did a bike trip through the wine country up there but it turned out that this hotel is kind of far from wine country compared to the other hotels.

Negatives - Running the air conditioner caused room to be filled with horrible odor. Pool was freezing & spa was over 104 … degrees. Couldn’t touch ground when seated on bed! Positive - Good location.

We came here to stay so we could see Temecula and decide if we wanted to purchase a home here. Thank God Temecula is not like … this hotel. Ants covered the bathroom, Crack heads were partying every night in the hotel, the pool is literally next to the freeway. THe positive was the staff, very friendly, and the free breakfast….

The Inn was comfortable, clean and the staff was very helpful. Nice note to have the breakfast on site.

I was greeted with a friendly smile at 2:00 a.m. The hotel clerk had my paperwork ready and I was in my room within a couple … of minutes. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast in the moring consisted of waffles, fruit, cereal, breads, yogurt, three juice choices and hard boiled eggs. The dining area, like the hotel in general, was very clean. This was a very pleasant experience.

The hotel is renovated, rooms have very comfortable beds. Bathrooms feature granite-type walls and countertop, new massage showers, TV, fridge, microwave. It includes continental breakfast with pancakes, juice/coffee, yogurt, cereal (it was a joke breakfast ends sharply at 9:00am even on weekends). The reception area has a beautiful marble floor and looks shiny and impressive. Everything was clean. The only problem was very close proximity to the freeway. Basically every room faces sideways to the freeway and you can still hear to vehicle noise at night once windows are not completely sound-proof (if you sleep well without problems you will be fine, otherwise you may have a hard time relaxing). Also there is no tourist attraction around the hotel so you definitely need a car (Old Town Temecula is 10 minutes away – the wine country is a 20 min drive). I found Temecula hotels in general very overpriced, you pay around 40% more for same quality chain-type hotel as in Lake Elsinore (15 miles away). If you are just looking for a place to crash at night, I would suggest looking for neighboring cities, once there is nothing you will miss staying near a freeway in Temecula or else where.

A big, clean two-queen room with a fridge and microwave — and the price was right, but we won’t be staying here again…

    May 30, 2006
I did not have great expectations. My expectation were met. The room was clean. There was a microwave and refrigerator — always a plus. The room was otherwise sparce. The television could have used a better connection. The mattress was uncomfortable. There was plenty of parking and places to eat nearby. I was not bothered by outside noise.

Hotel was okay - clean. Breakfast room dark - blinds never open. Food items ran out and were not restocked in a timely manner. We were asked to leave the breakfast room because of a meeting even though it was 8:45 and breakfast is served until 9:00. Location was convenient, there were restaurants right across the street. Exercise room not located on site but across the highway from the hotel.
